Retouching Information

Finished photographs will be retouched for no additional charge. This only includes such things as eliminating skin blemishes, small spots on clothing and stray hair. If you have specific instructions , you must include them with your order. If you do not include instructions we will retouch only what we feel needs to be retouched. If you need more extensive retouching or a head swap, this can be added for an additional charge. Additional retouching can ordered by contacting customer care 800.632.2323 extension 0 , after your order is placed online.



Delivery

We make every effort to fill and deliver orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your order . You may place an order at any time , but please be aware the last day to place an order with guaranteed pre-holiday delivery is Friday November 18th, 2011.

Because the holidays are a very busy time, we strongly recommend placing your order early to avoid any possible delays. The earlier we receive your order, the quicker you will receive your final prints
